PingTone Communications Announces New Sales & Marketing Executive

HERNDON, VA (August 26, 2009)—PingTone Communications, a leading provider of hosted Cisco IP phone systems, is pleased to announce that John Adams has been named the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Mr. Adams will oversee sales and marketing operations for PingTone including all aspects of product development and marketing strategy.

In Mr. Adams' previous position at Oracle Corporation, he served as the Consulting Sales Manager responsible for leading multiple teams in driving industry leading solutions and services for major cable and wireless service providers. Mr. Adams' other experiences include roles at EMC Consulting and Cisco Systems advising telecommunications providers, wireless carriers and cable companies on technical and marketing solutions enabling their successful roll-out of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) products and services.

Mr. Adams brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing to PingTone where he will be responsible for all aspects of sales, product management and corporate marketing to guide their world class sales team.

Mr. Adams started his career with RR Donnelley and has also held a variety of sales management and marketing positions with Network Access Solutions and Blue Ridge Networks. Mr. Adams holds a B.A. degree in Business from Stockton State College in New Jersey.
