And because Web Portal is directly linked to a users' IP Phone, it quickly becomes a day-to-day time saving tool. Web Portal is standard with PingTone Enterprise Service.

From on-screen control of IP Phone handset functions to selective call screening, Web Portal brings browser based functionality to end-users both in the office and work-from-home or other remote locations. For added productivity, it is also directly integrated with a user’s Contacts list within Microsoft Outlook. Because Web Portal is compatible with Microsoft's Telephony Application Program Interface (TAPI), users can dial their Contacts with the click of a mouse.
